We're excited to let you know about a new community that we launched today for you to receive technical support, ask questions and reply to threads about Rogers products and services . The site, Rogers Community Forums, will replace the existing RogersHelps forums. It can be found at http://communityforums.rogers.com.

The new community is designed to provide additional technical support for our Wireless, Internet, Home Phone and Cable customers, check it out when you have some time. And while you don’t need to be a customer to participate, you do need to create a My Rogers profile. (Sign up by clicking “registration” on the forums homepage). You do not need to sign in or register to search, read or share content on the site.

Our existing RogersHelp forums will remain active for the next two weeks but will then be closed.
